The past week has been one of growth for everyone on the team.

From not fully knowing what to do, to creating amazing results in less than 5 days.

The first step was to come up with a brand name for our product. It was hard finding a name that wasn't already in use, but after digging deep as a team, we finally came up with Reçupoint. Amazing right?

Reçupoint is a combination of Recruit + Point = Reçupoint. A meeting point where skilled creative connect with people in search for those with such skills.

We created our brand guide, which was done by the graphics design team and that became the foundation of every other thing we're building.

The design team also created our amazing logo. We had 5 options to choose from, and after a poll, we chose this as our brand logo.

Choosing our color palette wasn't difficult, as we already knew what we wanted our brand to represent; Trust and dependability for creative solutions and that's why we chose the color blue as our brand color.

With the brand guide, the product design team went into work immediately to create our their first low fidelity wireframe for the product, after they had conducted their research with the product management team.

The product management team was on their own end also working on user persona, PRD and user flow for the product.

This is to guide is the product development process, which was being handled by the front-end/Wordpress team.

At the other end for marketing and promotions, the digital marketing team was working on creating an effective content calendar that will ensure effective marketing and promotion of the product, to prepare for our official launch.

They also set up our social media handles up. You should follow us here, so you don't miss our future updates.

The Video animation team also working on some amazing video content, based on the storyline provided to them by the content creation team.

Everything was gradually fitting in perfectly.

The quality assurance team performed a quality test on the landing page created by the front-end team to ensure we were maintaining quality standards.

And last, the customer relationship management team worked on our FAQ for the landing page, to ensure easy navigation for our customers.

The Data Analytics team is still making more in-depth research analysis on the product and target audience, to ensure we have a ready market for the product and also, the product is developed to solve an actual real pain problem.

It was an amazing first week in the office.

The team lead and assistant showed a great level of leadership to the team, ensuring motivations were high, there was effective organization and follow up on deliverables.

It was truly an amazing first week for everyone in the office, with lots of growth and some pressure here and there, but our uttermost joy is the product is gradually taking a good shape and we can't wait to unleash what we're building to the market.

Our goal is to bring ease in the process of searching and finding skilled creative for your next project and also help the best talents get matched to job opportunities and gain more industry experience with a click.
